At the heart of our team is Mark Moskowitz, our founder and leader. A Southern California native, Mark was born and raised here, and he’s seen firsthand how California living has evolved over the years. In 1988, he married his wife, Risa, and together they raised their three daughters – Gabrielle, Ilyssa, and Mikayla – right here in Southern California. Mark knows his market inside and out, having worked extensively in the Agoura Hills and Oak Park areas, where he’s repeatedly been a top agent. His expertise spans every corner of the real estate landscape, from understanding market trends to the financial intricacies of buying and selling property.
Mark is what many people refer to as a “human calculator.” He has an uncanny ability to process financial components quickly and explain them clearly – a skill that allows his clients to make informed, confident decisions. But it’s not just about numbers for Mark. He treats every transaction with the same care and dedication he would give to his own family. Mark’s personal experiences, such as buying and selling homes in Southern California and owning investment properties out of state, have given him a unique understanding of the real estate market from both a professional and personal perspective. He’s also familiar with the emotional complexities that can arise during a real estate transaction, having helped his family set up a trust while his father was ill. These experiences have made him deeply empathetic, ensuring that every client receives the personalized care they deserve, especially during the emotionally charged moments that often come with buying and selling homes.
Joining Mark on this journey are his daughters, Ilyssa and Mikayla, who bring their unique talents and fresh perspectives to the team. Together, they run the Concierge Service, a key part of our approach to ensuring that every home is thoughtfully designed to appeal to prospective buyers and maximize value for our sellers.

Ilyssa graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) and brings a wealth of experience from her time working with luxury brands such as Burberry, Ralph Lauren, Bonobos, and Suitsupply. She’s passionate about bringing a personalized touch to every project, always keeping the client’s goals at the forefront of her design decisions. Warm yet straightforward, Ilyssa is known for her ability to create striking, market-ready homes that help our clients sell for top dollar. Her expertise in both fashion and design allows her to approach each property with a unique perspective that stands out in a competitive market.
Mikayla, a graduate of Parsons School of Design, combines her creative eye with a decisive approach to deliver marketing materials that are as unique as the properties we represent. With a flair for design and a passion for creating distinctive visuals, Mikayla’s work ensures that every listing stands apart from the competition. Whether crafting property brochures, digital ads, or social media posts, Mikayla’s designs capture the essence of each home, presenting it in its best light to attract the right buyers.
